BIOGRAPHY:
KENNEDY CHIBU AMAECHI JR. is a Nigerian poet and banker. He obtained an LL.B from the University of Maiduguri and a Bachelors of Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He also holds an MBA from the University of Calabar and is studying for his LL.M at the University of Lagos (UNILAG). Before joining the financial sector in 2017, Kenn had 
previously groomed his horns in legal practice with Falana and Falana Chambers, until 2007.
In his writings, Kenn tells about his life experiences and thoughts on socio-political issues of his generation. He is an advocate of a free and fair society where human life is precious and living is without guile, an abiding theme in his two collection of poems ‘ECHOES OF CONSCIENCE’ and ‘THE QUEST’.
Ken has received recognition for his infantile activisms. As a student, he was named the Senior Advocate University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) and was the Editor-in-Chief of the ‘The Advocate’, a magazine of the Law Student Association of the university. He also received State Honors Award, National Youth Service Corps, Osun State (2007).
He presently lives is Lagos where he is a banker in the day and poet at night.
