Peter Ukwa is a Delta State born writer. He has written an unpublished novel and his short stories have appeared in literary journals and magazines in Nigeria. His short fiction won the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) Centenary Literary Prize for short stories in 2014.

“River People and Other Stories” is his first collection of short stories.
